Formed in late 2003 around the fierce vocals and stellar guitar work of Murray Kinsley and driven by the rhythm section to die for of Leigh-Anne Stanton and Richard Wielusiewicz, and with the recent edition of veteran blues man Everard de Souza on keyboards and vocals Wicked Grin combines blues, groove, rock and a little funk to give you "Blues With Bite".
They performed on the Blues Stage at the Ottawa International BluesFest 2006, appeared as a duo at the Ottawa International BluesFest 2008 and 2009 and performed at the Kingston Blues Festival 2008 and 2009.
As well as performing in the major clubs in Ottawa they have performed in Toronto (Grossman's), Montreal (Smoke Meat Pete's), Kingston (Brandee's) and Peterborough (Red Dog Tavern).
Wicked Grin performs with a second guitar and/or saxaphones as the venue requires.
